My name is Jennifer Carmack and I will teach you how to trust yourself. I am a somatic practitioner that integrates movement and energy medicine in my sessions. My work centers around authentic expression, regulating your nervous system, feeling strong, and empowered from the organic place versus gripping for it. I hold space for people who want to feel safe in their own bodies. To trust what they feel and make space for all of it to exist. I want to support humans to feel autonomous in themselves and also available to the gifts of being supported and finding ease in their systems.
Every experience we are in offers us an opportunity to know ourselves more. Meeting that part of ourselves in our experiences, is our power. It is our healing.
This work led me to my humanness. And from my most humanness I have this space for love. Love of who I am and how I express myself down and through this body of mine. An ease in my system that manifests this sort of freedom. A power that knows I can meet myself in whatever it is that life is growing me towards. That my body offers me the tools of my own manifestation if I am just willing to listen, she will always speak.
My experience teaching, training and working in private sessions since 2008 has evolved over time. I specialize in holding space with a variety of techniques thru the somatic, nervous system lens. I Integrate Pilates and Yoga techniques, Nervous System Embodiment work, Reiki and energy practices to access ease in our body.
Together we meet the moment in intentional guided listening. I am guided to ask the questions to track and sense where the charge is leading you. We seek your truth and how it shows up in your body. Once we access that thread of sensation, the nervous system responds with safety and ease. From there we can create our lives with our Truths leading the way

Somatic movement is the process of awakening to exactly the programs, conditions and patterns that are playing out in our human experience. So we can allow for all our parts to exist, so they may feel free to evolve, unclentch and heal.
When we acknowledge and make space for the truth, everything shifts.

The practice becomes, can I bring all those parts of myself with me thru the process? Am I willing to slow down notice and keep going? Even when it’s hard, scary and soooo unknown.
