My experience teaching, training and working in private sessions since 2008 has evolved over time. I specialize in holding space with a variety of techniques thru somatic sessions and nervous system lens. I Integrate Somatic Creative Coaching, Yoga, Sacred Pilates, reiki sessions and Energy practices to access ease in the nervous system. 

Together we meet the moment in intentional guided listening. I am guided to ask the questions to track and sense where the charge is leading you. We seek your truth and how it shows up in your body. Once we access that thread of sensation, the nervous system responds with safety and ease. From there we can create our lives with our Truths leading the way
